I choose the stack that suits the job (HTML/JS, Node, Next.js or similar). If you have a specific stack requirement, we assess in discovery whether I can accommodate it. You are buying a finished, working site.

Two ways it ends
Full handover
After completion and final payment, the source, domain and hosting accounts are transferred where applicable, access is reconciled, you sign off acceptance, and I remove my own access.
Managed
You keep ownership of your business, domain, content and data. I continue maintaining the technical system under a separate maintenance agreement.
Maintaining your website never makes it mine. Scope, deliverables, revisions, timeline and payment milestones are agreed in writing before work starts.
Engagement style
Scoped project with agreed deliverables, revisions and milestones. Optional maintenance.
Rates and estimates are agreed in a written proposal before any payment or work.
